Level 1 Catch Wrestler course is split up into 17 sections and takes a minimum of 3 months to complete but generally takes approximately 6 months.

Take your time going through each section and focus on the details of each technique.

A video submission will be required at the end of each section followed by a live Online test at the end of the course.

A partner would b best but if you don't have one a grappling dummy will be fine.
